Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST are generally shipped the following day. We try our best to ship next day, but occasionally we take a second day before shipping.
Shipping within the US
We ship via USPS, UPS Ground and FexEx Ground. The service we choose really depends on the item we are shipping. We have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly with every shipping service and work hard to ship via the company we believe will handle your order most effectively. A.P.O., F.P.O. and P.O. Box orders are not guaranteed and will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico carries an additional charge which will be added to the order and must be paid before shipping. If you decide the additional charge is too much, we are happy to cancel your order. If you want to contact us before you order from one of these locations, we will let you know the expected, additional charge.
Oversize Parts are shipped via Greyhound. If your item is shipping via Greyhound, we will ship it to the Greyhound station nearest your shipping address and you will have to go to the Greyhound station to pick it up. Greyhound will not deliver it to you. The Greyhound station will call you when the item arrives, so please be sure to add your phone number to your order.
- We are happy to ship items internationally. This is, afterall, a hobby enjoyed by people worldwide!
- Please contact us before you order with your shipping address and we will let you know the shipping and handling costs for orders shipped outside of the U.S..
- If you are an international buyer, please be patient as delivery can be delayed by customs procedures.
- All customs duties and any other such charges, etc., are your responsibility. We have no idea what that cost will be.
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, etc., to items while in international transit.
When Your Order Arrives
- If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please point out that damage to the delivery service.
- Please inspect your parts immediately upon receipt of your order.
- If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately so we can work with the shipping service for reimbursement.
- Claims for damage during shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt of order.
- Please keep the original box and packing material while we file a claim with the shipping service.
